Have used ServiceMasters on several occasions, usually for small jobs but felt the need to write this review after we called them out for a blocked toilet, which turned out to be a massive sewer job. Price was competitive, the team were very professional and took care of everything from council permits to contacting Sydney water. The team who did the job were also very friendly and respectful- cleaned up after the work was done. Job was done in a timely manner- took longer than expected due to the rainy weather, but we were kept informed.

We had a leaking kitchen tap and within 2 hours and after several other calls to other plumbers ServiceMasters came out and fixed the problem quickly and very professionally. Would definitely call them again and highly recommend them.

They were professional, helpful, considerate and were also 100% in providing a wonderful bathroom that we are very excited to be using.
