Do you provide with emergency services?

Yes, we do provide with emergency services. For Sydney residents we will be onsite within an hour from the call.

Do you offer on time services?

Yes, we do provide on time services. If you give us a call, and fix a time, we will be there on time. If you call us same day service guarantee, which means that we will reach within same day of receiving your call.

Are your professionals licensed?

All the technicians at ServiceMasters are licensed and qualified. You can rely on us to provide you with a service that is compliant to Australian standards.

Do you charge a callout Fee?

Yes, we do charge out a callout fee of $39, if you do not proceed with the project after receiving a quotation. However, if you do proceed with the project, after receiving a quotation, no fee will be charged.

Do you charge any upfront fees?

At ServiceMasters, we provide an upfront fixed price for a specific job. The technician will analyze the job, and then provide you with a fixed cost, which is required for the work. Once you accept the quote, the work will start. Please note that our services are upfront, and competitive in nature, which means with ServiceMasters, you get value for your money. Please note that we don’t quote over phone.

Who does your team comprise off?

Yes, our prices are fair and competitive. All our team members are professionals who are qualified in their respective trades. We do not have any sales personnel in our team, and hire our technicians on a fixed salary. So, the quote and the service that you get from us is always fair and transparent.

What sort of payments do you accept?

We accept EFT, Credit or Debit Cards, and cash only.

Do you provide warranty on your services?

Yes, we do provide lifetime warranty on our services. We also provide lifetime warranty on the materials and fittings supplied by us.
